Openlane + wsl2 : repository does not exist or may require ‘docker login’

when you have this problem

open powershell, run “wsl -l -v”, make sure docker is running
If it is not, restart the docker in docker desktop
You must restart the ubuntu terminal in case it works. run “docker ps” to double verify
