Netbeans – Maven Runner

Netbeans – Maven Runner

2015/09/16 Programming 5

Eclipse has a great plugin call “Eclipse runner” https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/eclipse-runner , i found out netbeans doesn’t have any similar one. So i develop one for netbeans. You can add maven goals under the tree node of any project. Double click the goal name will run maven in netbeans. You can download it from http://plugins.netbeans.org/plugin/60381/?show=true, or search “Maven Runner” in netbeans’ plugin manager.

    Hey,

    I’m trying to test your plugin in NetBeans 8.1 Beta but I get this exception:

    java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot find TopComponent with preferredID MavenRunnerTopComponent, see IDE log for more details.

    You can already add custom maven goals by right-clicking on project, then choosing “custom”. Is there something more in this plugin?

  3. Anders Kobberup says:

    Have the plugin been deactivated? I get an error when clicking the link;
    We are sorry, but such plugin does not exist or is not published.
